I don’t know how Robin fits in all of her schooling, activities, and events into her week! Not only attending ZLO, she is also part-time at the Lynden High School (LHS) as well as an English class off campus. Her studies are aiming for the nursing profession one day.
Amidst all of her school and study time, she fits in practice sessions and games near and far for the Lynden Volleyball Team. Her team made it to the State Championship match last year; second time in all of LHS’s history. They took 2nd place overall at State with Burlington Edison taking 1st place.
After watching her in action on the court, she is a powerful hitter and a skilled player for her team. She is obviously gifted in the sport and it makes her happy to be involved. Robin says, “I am thankful to God for giving me the talent in volleyball and I hope to play college volleyball somewhere close to home, after I graduate from high school.”
